I can recommend following @tagspub, then writing about those hashtags above one more time - then you'll get boosted by those tag-bots to anyone in the fediverse (even if they don't federate with you) and you can likewise follow those tag-bots to get ppl discussing and working on those topics. Don't do it for all hashtags, but for those you care most about.
