I guess it's a kind of punishment for preferring desktop over mobile... There's just no way to transfer a Signal account from desktop to mobile, only from mobile to other mobile - you can't back up from desktop either & relinking back to the original Signal app on my previous phone, which I still have, nukes everything since I stopped using it, as if I was never on desktop at all.

@jwcph i thougth it was possible to use local backup for that, but I guess it wasn't ?

@antoniovr Nope. Desktop can't back up at all & backups on phones don't transfer across the iOS / Android divide...
