I switched to #fairphone with #eos yesterday. My data is my data, not Google's, nor Meta's. My data is not for your profit or for your crappy Ai.
Does my decision influence these gigantic corporations? Nope. But if enough people do the same, it will hurt their profits. And my internal anarchist is absolutely giddy when #bigtech suffers. Even an annoyance the size of a papercut is enough

@chromatominna My phone is a work phone so it's out of my hands - but work IT floated the idea of offering Linux instead of Windows on our work laptops & now I won't stop badgering them about it every time I see them. One battle at a time.

@chromatominna I just put Zorin on my other home Macbook Pro in dual boot mode - not fully up & running yet but getting there
