Too bad the bog standard for actually working with them is the most proprietary piece of shit company in the world, which is why my colleague spends literally hours every month clicking away popups & navigating bullshit changes, just to fill out & send mission-critical documents...

(I may or may not have told her about an alternative, even though it's unsanctioned by IT)
