@semilanceata it's pretty easy you just pry off the plastic end with a pliers. Just have to take your time with them and not yank all the way since usually the battery wires are connected to the mouthpiece

@liaizon They usually have some salvageable chips too. I vaguely recall soneone turning an old vape into a web server.
