So it seems like Fender kicked a hornet's nest & lo & behold, a huge hornet came out
in the shape of Ron Bienstock, the lawyer who, on behalf of 18 guitar manufacturers, won the 2009 trademark case against them... You'd have to think he knows the witherto's & whyfores of this issue & he's basically telling Fender to take their undocumented claims & illegal demands & get stuffed.
