The Board of Deputies of British Jews & the Jewish Leadership Council are organising a rally against antisemitism.
PM Keir Starmer, is considering attending, and Tory leader Kemi Badenoch is expected to speak. Reform UK leader, Nigel Farage & LibDem leader, Ed Davey, have also been invited, but the only Jewish party leader, the Green Party's Zack Polanski, has not.

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026/may/10/downing-street-rally-asks-silent-majority-to-fight-antisemitism"Reform UK is a serious party with many supporters, local councillors, and an increasing number of members of Parliament from month to month, which cannot be ignored. They have also expressed very broad support for the fight against antisemitism. There was no way we would not invite them.
We did not invite the Greens’ Zack Polanski because we very strongly do not believe he has done enough to root out antisemitism from his party.”

Michael Wegier, Board of Deputies of British JewsAround a hundred years ago, they told people to just let Mosley march through their neighbourhoods. They specifically wanted to prevent the Battle of Cable Street.
Now they can just bring Moseley's heirs to the table and just hope they keep directing all the bigotry towards Muslims instead.

Michael Wegier, Board of Deputies of British Jews@junesim63 Do they mean anti genocide activities when they claim antisemitism?

@celesteh @junesim63 Not to mention continuing to conflate "antisemitism" and "anti-Zionism". Opposition to the continuation of the British colonial project in Palestine is not the same as hating Jews or other Semitic peoples.

These are the people who demanded that all four leadership candidates for the Labour Party kow-tow to their demands - and all four candidates did without hesitation - including the labelling of some Jewish organizations as marginal (like JVL and Jewish Socialist). On the other hand, Polanski has still not addressed why Tony Greenstein has been suspended by his party.
