#BigOil has just won a US$345 million ruling against #Greenpeace.

Not for pollution.
Not for an oil spill.
For peaceful #protest.

This lawsuit sends a chilling message. If corporations can use the courts to punish environmental groups for speaking out, anyone who challenges fossil fuel power could be next.

This type of corporate bullying is designed to rob us of our rights and freedoms.
