It got so cold so quickly in Denmark that I have had to move the #cider in for the day to get any kind of fermentation in the vessel with the commercial yeast.

It got so cold so quickly in Denmark that I have had to move the #cider in for the day to get any kind of fermentation in the vessel with the commercial yeast.
But as you can see the yeast very quickly reactivates as soon as the temperature hits the low double digits celcius.
