@simonzerafa @cR0w I don’t care what their excuses were, it’s very hard for me to figure out what the best case scenario was here.
@KanaMauna @simonzerafa @cR0w Enrico Fermi saw him do this and told him someone would be “dead within a year” if he kept doing that.
Turned out it was him.
I didn’t know that part of the story until I read the wiki page about the incident.
Like a lot of accidents, hubris seems to be the fatal factor.
