@jd I know it can be very complicated to tell if an image is AI generated, so I don't blame anyone for not being able to tell from the image itself always (especially if the image has an anti-AI message). My advice is: always look for the source.
If you can't find the artist who drew a picture, odds are much higher that it was AI generated, and if you can find the artist, odds are higher that it was made by an artist.

@jd Even without looking at the picture at all, you can filter out the majority of AI slop by, when an image pops up, asking, "who drew this? Who took this photo? Who made this?"
It won't catch *everything*, but if you do that, you'll be better at filtering AI than 90% of the accounts online that reshare pictures

@jd Great message that we can all resonate with, but using AI to generate the image is probably the worst way to say it.

@jd Also less relevant to this situation, but to any artists who read this *PLEASE* sign your work. I know so many professional artists who don't sign their art, it's baffling to me. People/critters want to be able to find you, you make sourcing easier, you help with the fight against AI, just by putting a signature at the bottom of a piece. Please please sign your artwork.
