@never_released Not so many years ago I saw a doctor searching symptoms via Google. Must say that I lost my respect for that doctor. I know there are information online but I appreciate that doctor knows at least a little bit.
@cherishlifealways doctors are like restaurant, some are great and some you never wanna go back to.

@never_released same on buildings and bridges. Going to see many collapses and deaths because of ignorant engineers. They all want shortcuts. This is what happens.

@never_released guess i'm going 2 die then
@ariadne We all are. The only question is when and if our way of life is expediting the process.

@nazokiyoubinbou @never_released My doc told me hes quitting because insurance started using ai to diagnose. And they challenge his diagnosis if the ai recommended treatment is cheaper.

Horrific... expand this over all learned skill... it's the dumbing down of humanity
AI will end us all... if the greed and destruction of our planet doesn't get us first
The Horsemen of the Apocalypse have a new tool at their disposal

@gnometsunami @nazokiyoubinbou @never_released Insurance exposing patient information to "AI" providers is a pretty clear HIPAA violation.

@dalias @nazokiyoubinbou @never_released It should be, but having exited the health care industry recently, I can say first hand that companies are doing it.

@gnometsunami @nazokiyoubinbou @never_released Gonna be some epic
when that gets whistleblown and the scope of the sharing becomes public. -

@never_released Hahahah Trust in medical has depleted long time ago.
-
@never_released Considering my job’s being replaced by Ai and somehow my significant other is mad AT me for me losing my job, I feel like the world doesn’t even want me here anymore. We’re all just passing the time while we’re here. I’m pretty tired of time.
Whats more important is what you want from you. Chin up. Theres always some one who wants you to carry on

when that gets whistleblown and the scope of the sharing becomes public.@dalias @gnometsunami @never_released To be clear, when it comes to the fake "AI" scam, laws take a back seat. So yes, it actually is a HIPAA violation, but no, no one is actually enforcing it.
Possibly someone could start up a class action lawsuit or something, but it takes a *LOT* to actually hurt those companies and there are literally billions upon billions being put into forcing the scam out there.
