This is why we need to vote progressive in the midterms.
Yes, most of the time that means voting for Democrats, but not always. We need to vote smart — and voting smart is not blindly choosing someone just because they have a “D” next to their name.
Why?
If all we do is elect or re-elect corporate Democrats, we’ll once again be told that unity is more important than accountability. We will once again watch elected officials attempt to work with these pedophile Nazis.
We have to go left. We know that voting conservatively is harmful, and we know that voting for more of the same status quo does nothing to stop or prevent people like Trump from coming to power. If we’re going to save this country, we need to go left.
I am not saying, “Do not vote Democrat.” I am saying we need to do more than that.
“Vote blue no matter who” is how we got here — and here is where I would rather not be. Who we vote for always matters, and people voting blindly tend to forget that fact.
We need to vote progressively, or we won’t be able to save ourselves. Yes, that often means voting Democrat, but not all Democrats are progressives.
If we cannot vote smart, we’re going to lose this country. It’s as simple as that. -

Why? Simple, I live in a closed primary state. In the county where I live and am registered to vote Democrats are outnumbered.
I watched as crazed people like Bridget Ziegler and such were elected. Then came the attempted Gen. Michael Flynn takeover of the county. A call was sent out Democrats and independents. Register now as Republican so you can vote in the Primaries and keep Flynn's choices for the hospital board and other offices away. We could vote for other choices after just make sure those idiots stayed under their rocks.
Result was non of the crazies made it past the primaries and I voted Democrat in the general election Which of course went as expected as the republican majority here voted straight republican.
But we helped keep vaccine deniers and hospital privatizing nuts from controlling the hospital board
I stayed republican to keep them out.

ICE &CBP in Minnesota are being documented acting unconstitutionally, POTUS, DOJ, & DHS condone and apparently are directed this Malfeasance in Public Office.“Malfeasance in office refers to the performance of an act that is illegal or wrongful by a public official in their official capacity." Is unconstitutional & a violation of the Oath of Office, yet sanctioned by Trump.
