Act in a way that demonstrates your integrities and allyships. If the accusation is wrong, your reputation will speak for itself. If it's right, accept it and do the work to demonstrate your growth.

The self-pity-party helps no-one. You can't get over your internal biases if you're too busy feeling sorry for yourself.
