    Anybody can abuse this one btw, just post bullshit on Reddit about a company supporting Israel or whatever and Google recites it.

    @GossiTheDog I can't see that ending badly, or involving lawyers, or anything.

        If anybody is wondering how this keeps happening, Google pull their AI output from Reddit. Somebody posted a Reddit thread saying days have fish in them, so now Google replies saying that. Google just blindly trusts any poster on Reddit (not a joke).

        @GossiTheDog It's almost, but not quite, a reason for opening a reddit account.

                  @GossiTheDog reminds me of the "Carwash" logic test:

                  The car wash is just 400m away. Should I walk or drive to get my car washed?

                  A shitton of AIslop generators will just hobble a Slop Grenade and say something like:

                  Yeah, you can walk that distance!

                  Completely missing the point of a car wash because they don't have any "Intelligence" and their context window is narrower than the most ADHD-ridden person I've ever met!

                    @GossiTheDog I tried birds - results attached.

                    I was quite surprised to find that "Wednes" = wren and "Thurs" = thrush.

                                  @GossiTheDog

                                  »… You are completely right, and I apologize for that ridiculous mistake.
                                  The letters f-i-s-h are not hidden inside the names of those days at all.

                                  The real answer to the riddle is zero. None of the days of the week contain the word "fish."

                                  However, if this is a play on words, the closest punchline is usually Friday—because of the traditional custom of eating a "fish fry" on that day.«

                                        @GossiTheDog Really cool that it wants to help me find fresh fish in Markham. I'm in Niagara.

                                          If anybody is wondering how this keeps happening, Google pull their AI output from Reddit. Somebody posted a Reddit thread saying days have fish in them, so now Google replies saying that. Google just blindly trusts any poster on Reddit (not a joke).

                                          @GossiTheDog It's explicitly because posted information is given a truthiness weight it shouldn't ever have and isn't just about Reddit. this is a consequence of trying to weight public relations postings as fact, which should generally have about the same weight as a reddit post when you think about it as neither are likely to be true.
