Yes. Hiding their face is only because they're cowards, fearful of consequences of their public fascist behaviours & spreading hate speech. Freedom of speech comes with consequences. You can choose your speech. You cannot choose your consequences for behaving like a Nazi in public. Fascists always ignore the eventual consequences part while proclaiming right to free speech.This applies to all masked ICE/DHS/BCP Nazis too.

The reason they hide their faces is irrelevant to the question of 'openness'. I'm pretty sure hiding your face to avoid the consequences of being a nazi is pretty much a perfect example of not being open about being a nazi.

That's neoliberal nonsense - that fascists love to use too. Is a murderer not openly a murderer, because they wore a mask during the crime? Would Hitler be less evil, if he only wore a mask while committing a holocaust?
