Feeling rich. Eating my own grown squash from last year (with tofu, nuts, dried fruit and white asparagus) with leftover apple cider from a colleague and a local producer (just mixed two half bottles - I can attest that wild fermented mixed with cultured yeast is great). And I'll have leftover cake made by a colleague from upcycled lemon peels. Leftovers and self-made products are my favorite ingredients. It's cheap to feel rich!
