It's like a carpenter setting a KPI for how much he should be using the hammer. They
️ even keep saying it's a tool - you don't decide in advance how much to use a tool, you fucking idiots, that's not how tools work, or indeed how work works. -

@johnrohde - and if you give a craftsperson a shitty tool that doesn't make any part of their work process or outcome better, they simply don't use it & also don't keep it taking up space at their workbench or in the toolbox, because why the fuck would they?
