I wonder if these İstanbul cops when they were kids dreamed of growing up to wantonly use chemical weapons against people for not wanting to have their most fundamental rights usurped?

Mersin, southern coast of Turkey, continues protesting against dictator Erdoğan's current coup:

As for the primary election within the largest opposition party, CHP, which Erdoğan's coup apparently intended to preempt, AFP reports '"Out of 15 million votes, 13,211,000 expressed their solidarity" with Ekrem Imamogu, the imprisoned opposition figure now suspended as Istanbul's mayor.'

İstanbul's brutes for hire keep flooding the people with chemical weapons to force them, and by extension us all, further down the maelstrom of oppression, war, despair and habitat eradication. You know, the good guys.

İstanbul cops using chemical weapons against and wantonly beating anti-coup protesting people when they are already pushed up against a barrier and can not move to any side or forward. That's "law enforcement".

Another part of the coup was the invalidation of İmamoğlu's university diploma, while it is a requirement to have one to be allowed to be President of Turkey, which has been a constant issue regarding the current President Erdoğan since Erdoğan has not been able to prove actually graduating from university and thereby would not be allowed to be President but opponents pointing out this issue have been imprisoned for doing so under the crime of "insulting the president". -

I have seen that dissident, social justice, feminist, labor/trade union, etc and also freedom guerrilla-related persons and organizations under the Iran-theocracy are following the events with expressions like rage and disgust at the police's pro-coup brutality and Erdoğan's violations.
You are not alone. Your freedom- and equality-minded neighbors are with you. -
