Day 1 results in."
“It’s not that we women don’t talk, it’s that men talk too much and repeat everything several times, thus waste everyone’s time,” she added. “I feel a knitting revolution coming on.”
The stark difference comes despite a near parity of female and male representatives on the council. Montgomery noted that the body is composed of 34 men and 31 women

"Do you know what a chess clock is?"
(A chess clock is a dual timer used in chess matches to measure how much time each player is taking. At any time, only one timer is running, that of the person whose turn it is. It could be applied to conversations.)

@Natasha_Jay Yet, when asked, many men truly believe that "women talk too much."
@kimlockhartga @Natasha_Jay Mostly because too many of them believe women shouldn't talk at all, partially because women are more likely to discuss a problem than to go off, er, half-cocked because they'd rather be seen doing something whether or not it's the right thing.
