Your occasional reminder that if you have an ancestor who was a Canadian citizen (could be really far back, doesn't have to be recent!) you can get a Canadian citizenship grant right now.

You have to apply to qualify, and this is TEMPORARY MEASURE. There will be a new law eventually which might make you a citizen, or might take away this option altogether. Don't wait.
