@cbarbermd this is only true insofar as the moronic ‘debt ceiling’ remains a thing. AOC of all people knows there’s no intrinsic limit to funding by the federal government, who uniquely possesses sovereignty over the currency.
It’s a useful tool to invoke emotive action among the uninitiated, but perpetuates a damaging falsehood which legitimises the existence of Billionaires and morbid wealth concentration.

@crazyeddie more then 30% of the folks that were on the marketplace for health care in my state last year just dropped our insurance for this year. It's why 2 Republican Congressmen from PA flipped on their ACA support. Health insurance agencies in the state are taking a bath in our piss
