I spent whole last week in a monastic-ish residency, with 9 other people, studying and invoking the tekemesin meininki mood (finnish concept expressing the mood of getting things done).
Started to articulate the triangulation between foraging, wild fermentation and terroir.
Super nice to use both confidence/experience + curious/newbie energy and learned a lot.
