One person this afternoon was 'arressted' by a police officer saying "I am arresting you under the Terrorism Act of 2000"
I explained to the police officer that his arrest was not lawful as he did not read out what section of the act he had breached.
I said what you were supposed to have said is "I am arresting you under Section 13 of the Terrorism Act.' Now I would suggest we start again come on chop chop
I've a very posh voice
