The one proposed for Shakopee MN is getting community pushback, including from the state rep, and the property owner says both of their buildings are still available on the market (i.e. not under contract to ICE or anyone else).

Feds may be able to ignore zoning.. But can Shakopee/Scott County/Met Council pass rules which would prevent the hooking the sewer/water/electric service needed for 1500 people to a rando warehouse property? Refuse to widen roads? -
