I actually see no reason to believe Europe will consider Greenland their red line. As another poster pointed out, it's an evolved colony. Surrendering colonies to avoid getting invaded is an activity with a LONG history in European politics.
I don't think Greenland is a red line. I also don't think Canada is a red line.
If he puts troops ON the continent? That might be. But even then, I'm not certain.

Besides, what are you gonna do - nuke DC? Cause if you're not gonna make us bleed, you're not stopping him from doing what he wants.
Do you think your leaders will fire a single shot to stop us? Not people on the ground, because people on the ground can do whatever they want or don't want to - do you think Europe is sending even ONE TROOP to stop us from seizing Greenland.
