My husband woke up this morning and instantly began laughing so hard that he had tears in his eyes. I was like "What on earth?"
Once he had calmed down enough, he told me that he had a dream where he had to pitch to some TV executives the idea of a new police/detective procedural with a twist.
The show would center around a particular cop with the nickname "The Tuner". First half of the show is tracking down the bad guy. Next half is the interrogation.
The Tuner is a great cop, but where he really shines is in the interrogation room.
His method? He pulls out a guitar and starts to tune it, asking the perp "Does this sound right?" whilst continuously making sure that it never sounds right and is always slightly off tune.
He does this untill the perp cant stand it anymore, cracks and confesses to the crime.
Once my husband told me this I also started laughing and the idea of it has been making me burst out in fits of giggles all morning.
