Anyone looking to hire a principle (or senior) software developer? I have 15 years experience with a huge variety of web technologies (especially, but not limited to, node and frontend JS).
If I haven't worked with your particular stack, I will impress you with the speed at which I learn. I also excel at designing features and working with nontechnical folks - from ideation to plan to execution, "writing code" is only 25% of a dev's work.
Looking for a company (or at least team) that does not allow LLM coding tools - I do not slop, and I'm very tired of coworkers who do. #seattle or fully remote.

This is not to say it's easy at all, but I hope some of the people here in a similar situation either because they quit or were fired start new, better companies of the worker-owned sort together. We can do so much better. And it would help us move towards many smaller companies instead of giants (again).
