Or is it just a shot of espresso over crushed ice?

@SnyperWolf I pull a strong shot, transfer it to a bigger glass, add ice, top up with oat milk. I don't like sweet drinks so I don't add syrups or anything, and oat milk itself is a bit naturally sweet

Which oat milk do you use? Locally I have sweetened vanilla, unsweetened vanilla, "regular", and the "barista" version (which I think is a higher fat content)

I could imagine the sweetened vanilla would make a similar drink to the iced latte I make with half and half and vanilla syrup
