With the passing of the terrible budget bill, I'll be honest: this isn't a happy day.

But reading on the Internet can make it seem a lot worse than it really is. Especially the Sky Is Falling types.

It's important to dispel hopelessness because when we become hopeless, it's the only way we lose.

We are going to have to keep fighting. It stinks, but it's true. But we can make change -- and HAVE.
