Fedibook is an attempt to build the missing link in the fediverse to connect with friends and community. With a strong focus on making a welcoming fealing to someone about to jump from Facebook.
In it's current stage Fedibook works with three element, Friends, Follow and groups. Let's leave group for now (more about groups). Follows are any ActivityPub account that you choose to follow. Friends are ActivityPub account that you follow and also follow you back.
It works but now when using it I noticed that what I build is another interface for Mastodon. I actually like it. Having comments under the original post feal better for me. BUT I never ment to build another Mastodon and what I now have in my Fedibook Home feed, is not the old school Facebook connecting with friends but the heated flow of the word gone mad (which it is).
I need to fix this - but I like to hear your feedback.

Fix the feature that is - Even though I like to fix the world as well

@sindum how about a common feed with 3 checkboxes, Groups, Friends an Follows? That would allow me to quickly limit what I want to see at the moment.
Other than that, I think I would prefer three different feeds on separate tabs.

@madsenandersc great concept. How about friend and group in the same feed (tab). That is how Facebook does it right? - as fare as I recall.

@sindum TBH I don't remember how Facebook does it - I haven't had the Facebook app installed for about a year or so.

@madsenandersc Same.

@sindum that said, after thinking a bit more, I realy think I would like the three boxes (could be a dropdown that activate or deactivate a category as well, but tha may be bad UI) and be able to choose what I am in the mood for today.
Sometimes I just want to know what is going on with my friends, and not necessarily have it all cluttered up by a crapload of posts from the groups I participate in, and on those days I most definitely don't want the world to interfere as well.

If three checkboxes are impractical, three tabs - then I can at least switch between the ones I am in the mood for today.
