I was just going to post this to you. Seems it was two IDF posing as tourists who threw grenades into the forest and started the wildfire on purpose. More than 5,000kmsq has burned. I haven't fully read up on the background but apparently the Israelis own a massive company in the area and they've done some kind of deal with the local govt and Milei.
Seems like Nazis are once again emigrating to Argentina.

@BashStKid Apparently Milei announced last month that loads of land in Patagonia would be "going on sale". Of course he's being propped up by 47.
Federal agencies are blocking roads to stop proper firefighting equipment reaching the area.
