The spec-sheet I have here clearly states that each unit is equipped with 128GB DDR5-8800 CL38.
@McCovican @davidgerard IIRC it's literally just a cell phone motherboard running stock Android with a custom app.
Which is why it's as easy to "work with" as any other off the shelf vanilla Android phone.

Could be done easily with a paintbrush attached to a long stick.
