Labour would have won the recent by election if the Labour Government had done what the public want and acted for the people in the UK and not for the benefit of foreign Governments... and the ultra wealthy.... plus not to try and pander to the right and out reform.. reform

If approval is 48% and disapproval is 32%, you can say his approval rate is 48%. Or you can calculate the difference and say it's +16. So @QashimRashid@mastdon.social is wrong.
For it to be +48, you would need something like 74 vs 26. (If there were no don't knows).
