@eskealler A live image is a nice way to do so. KDE linux is not recommended for daily use at this point, but there are lotso of distros shipping Plasma. Depending on your display manager, installing it alongside other DE's is also an option. Works for med with archlinux and sddm, I have cinnamon installed as alternative on one of my systems. Maybe I should try Cosmic as well
