“Copyright class actions could financially ruin AI industry, trade groups say.”
The thing is, there’s nothing to ruin.
They’re already not making any money and operating at a loss and investors want hundreds of billions, perhaps trillions in payback.
Also perhaps they should have thought of this before the criming.
