    Year of the Linux desktop? No, but there's definitely some kind of strong push right now!

      @thelinuxEXP

      I’ve been using Kubuntu for a few days now: everything just works, even obscure apps like Scrivener.
      The system runs fast, comes with plenty of features out of the box, and I’ve noticed that great older games (I’ve recently been playing *Need for Speed: Most Wanted* from 2005) run much better on Linux than on Windows.

      And I’m not writing this as a user who suddenly switched from Windows: I’ve tested Mint, openSUSE, and Debian before, but Kubuntu is where I’ve found my home.

          @thelinuxEXP I'm seeing more and more people jumping on to Linux phones even before the desktop!
