I want Mastodon and the Fediverse to be a public square for all. And if you don't particularly care for someone or their point of view, you don't follow them and you don't interact with them.
I want journalists, politicians and public institutions to use the Fediverse as their democratic public square and be welcomed, because it would benefit society to have an open free digital public sphere. If you don't particularly care for journalists & politicians, don't follow and interact with them.

@leanderlindahl seems to be challenging as for now. Fediverse pretty left/liberal focused and «all the others» focused on the other side. It’s challenging to break down the silos (echo chambers)
