Unbelievable. They don't need a reason. Animals have always got on perfectly well without a reason. This is anthropomorphic justification for animals being held captive. And pathetic.

One day, it found a huge sheet of plastic. Hid it.
And brought each day a tiny bit to the caretaker to get a reward.
