the thread seems to indicate that enforcement seems to have been given to an AI. Unless you have some kind of personal relationship or hire a lawyer, it doesn't seem like there is an easy way to get your appeal heard.

An AI composed appeal , appropriately prompted, may have had better chances of appeal.Scientists have been successfully prompt stuffing their papers for the lazy reviewers for a while.
