I mean, any form of communication can give rise to contract (or estoppel or whatever); no reason emoji should be an exception

@hazelweakly microsoft implemented this! if the recipient doesn't have the protocol enabled, it sends a formatted e-mail explaining that someone reacted to your message. got these once or twice at college.
