Here we are.
After a long time thinking of diving into the Fediverse, I've finally made the jump.
I'm not gonna lie, it feels good.I have a creative mind with a scientific attitude. I value freedom, privacy and transparency. I've recently started shifting to decentralised, opensource alternatives.
I hope Mastodon will disappoint me less then others.I'm a writer and director. I work in comics, films and animation.
Currently looking for new challenges.

The only way to have shit in your feed is if you follow a person or a hashtag that posts shit. And why would you do that? (If you do by mistake, it's easy enough to unfollow.)

Some of the best advice I got when joining, for me, was to follow basically everyone at the start. Then, once you had a timeline going, unfollow (or file away) everyone who posted stuff that you didn't want to see on your timeline.
