@angiebaby kind of glad NC uses written ballots that are scanned.

@angiebaby And all those Scantron standardized tests I had to take in school prepared me for this.

Speaking of Scantron! My autistic ass watched this video from beginning to end.

🤯This her own video and this comes from a mainstream news outlet.
Having lived in Tennessee, this does not surprise me one single bit.

@angiebaby She needs to tap 9 (!) times to vote. It is literally fraud, a rigged system. And Trump is going to profit from it, one way or another.

And if the Democrats do sweep the midterms with an overwhelming majority, there are still two months until they are seated in office. Which means two months for Republicans to incite chaos.
I hope enough Americans are willing to participate in a General Strike.

@angiebaby The only way MAGAts can win is by cheating.

@angiebaby eh that is just a calibration issue with the touchscreen. it worked as soon as the finger moved down enough

@angiebaby I'd have clicked under or beside the D candidate to see where I'd have to go for the click to register there. And if not, then it smells.
BTW Is it illegal to video inside a polling booth? -

Local family in-town for generations got their address changed to a non-existent one, with all of their previous mail-in options reversed.
The Rapeublicans are fucking the system.

@helma @angiebaby voting machines should be legal only if the software is open source. Democracy is dependent on transparency and this is a perfect example why.

@angiebaby doesn't this kind of look like a very common misalignment on the touch screen? I say so because I've encountered it all the time at like a gas station etc. on these resistive style touch screens. The bounding box is misaligned down from the actual selection so the top of the bottom box is actually the bottom of the top box. notice that when this person is able to select the democratic candidate its by moving their finger down, ie selecting the 'real' top of the bottom position box. not to say that this type of calibration couldn't be misused nefariously, and perhaps even more nefariously claimed to be a legitimate common bug when secretly nefarious. But saying that the voting machine 'repeatedly switched her selection' feels like a misrepresentation of whats going on on a technological level
