For the record, Reich mostly refers to the things Amazon does which are legal (whether they should be or not) - he mentions none of the fucking MYRIAD! things they do which, even in the current US legal climate, are wildly illegal, including various kinds of fraud, unlawful contracts etc.
You REALLY don't want to shop at Amazon.
