For a 280-metre-long artwork in a public, non-gallery space, it's oddly subtle. You walk along, admiring the paintwork and colours and effect and bigness of it as you pass. Then a sudden change of perspective when you notice an embossed flower or a deliberate paint-drip almost hidden at the bottom of a vast section.
