He postures about “taking” #Greenland, and what’s the actual outcome? Europe rolls in with an expanded military presence “to deter China and Russia”… but also, let’s be real, to hedge against the possibility that the US itself is becoming unstable.
So instead of strengthening US control, Donald Trump basically handed Europe a polite excuse to militarize closer to North America. Not to threaten the US today — but to make sure they’re not caught flat-footed if Washington goes fully unhinged tomorrow.
