        @sorenhave On first impression: excellent news! Once they start maintaining them they'll be excellent trains for journeys of an hour or two. The tender suggests this is a solution until early 2030, so it'll create some stability as well.

        ING.dk is completely down for me: does the article mention anything about what rolling stock will drive on the international route? German ICE-Ls (they have a genuinely nice interior..) maybe?

            Ok, got a bit more info.

            From "some time in 2027" the DB version* of the Talgo will take over the international route Copenhagen-Hamburg. They'll also run "seasonal routes" Aarhus-Hamburg. No idea what that means in practise. The current 2x/day ComfortJet will also stay.

            *named ICE-L, and honestly fixing most of the interior issues I can see with the DSB version. Apparently the basic trains themselves are still a maintenance nightmare, but when they run they're fine.
