#embedded #developers A young engineer whom I have taken under my wing. Is looking for certificates in embedded development using #rustlang I

When it comes to Rust I am little out of date (read I have no clue) about certificates and what hits hard. Any suggestions are appreciated.

This young engineer has now interviewed three places and been told that since there are no proven skills with Rust, employment is not a possible.
Personally I find this weird for jr positions but here we are.

@looopTools that's sad. Do they have an open source portfolio?

I see that IDA has a course on Rust programming, but that's /course/ and also kinda expensive (15k dkk)
