UPDATE: Thanks for alle the help! I have researched (thank you wikipedia), and found that the architecture of the machine is almost certainly intel based.

I need some help - information - about how to install #Linux on #Mac, specifically an older mac air desktop running OS X Sierra. Are there images that can be booted like live images, and/or installed? Where?

@mjj @anderslund Asahi Linux (Fedora Remix) (https://asahilinux.org/) på M1/M2 eller er det "plain-sailing" på x86.. hvis der er hardware understøttelse.
