There are many reasons why the translate option may have disappeared, I've tried to cover them all here: https://fedi.tips/is-there-a-built-in-language-translation-system-on-mastodon/
If you're in doubt, ask your server admin about this as it's ultimately under their control. For your server sfba.social your admin is @moderators
